Highlighting R. York Moore’s book, ‘Making All Things New,’ this World Vision/InterVarsity USA video uses the story of Detroit, Michigan and the underground railroad to highlight the Biblical story of hope. Pointing to the eschatological reality of Christ’s return and God’s intent to make all things new, R. York Moore provides a Biblical foundation for social justice.

World Vision and InterVarsity Christian Fellowship USA are teaming up in many ways throughout the U.S..  One very important way is in helping this ‘justice generation’ understand the important role justice plays in the heart and plan of God.  Frequently, people who are passionate about social justice often don’t stop to consider that it is God’s idea, God’s dream, to bring about everlasting justice.  God does this through the death and resurrection of Christ and will ultimately bring about global justice through a last “end time work of Christ” in judgment.
